At the Academy, we work hard to ensure your experience in Sixth Form is varied. Longer sessions are central to a deeper understanding of your chosen subjects and are complemented by a wide range of extra-curricular activities including study support, volunteering and charity work, sports and UK and international trips.

If you are unable to attend our Open Evening, you are still able to experience the Sixth Form Open Evening online. Watch our recorded presentation which explains the student experience and the opportunities available to our Sixth Formers. You will see the breadth of careers and UCAS support on offer, as well as exciting personal development experiences.

Sixth Form Progress ScoreHammersmith Academy’s Sixth Form is rated the number one state school Sixth Form for student progress in the borough and second overall.
This means Sixth Form students make more progress here than even most private schools and larger colleges.
Financial assistance is available through the 16 – 19 Bursary Scheme, and you can of course apply for free school meals via your local council.
